This is a colorful 2-D painting on heavy weight acid free watercolor paper made out of watercolor, spray paint, graphite, glitter, with a plastic rhinestone. This is part of a series of small Garden Study Paintings. I am inspired by various organic forms in nature like plants and flowers. I like to think of my studio as a garden I am joyfully tending. I often work on a series of small paintings on paper that coincide with larger works I have going in my studio as a sort of study. The organic forms I reference in my work speak of the inner person, who we really are under the physical veneer we see with our eyes and are a visual express of my own personal spiritual healing and renewal. This small painting is unframed and has a small plastic rhinestone on the surface of the work, so I would recommend using a professional framer to help create a custom frame to display your beautiful new work of art.
